Step 1

Create your account

Head to accounts.gocentauri.com/signup and choose how you want to sign up:

Email & Password

Enter your email, choose a strong password, and submit. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

Click the Google button, select your Google account, and you're done instantly. No password to remember. Centauri uses OAuth 2.0 with minimal permissions.

Pro tip: Once verified, your account works across every Centauri product automatically. One login unlocks everything — that's Universal SSO in action.
Step 2

Set your home screen

Visit gocentauri.com — this is Centauri Search, and it's designed to be the first thing you see when you open your browser.

Set it as your browser homepage for quick access
Add quick links to your most-used sites
Pick a background you love (12+ presets or custom colors)
Try the Command Palette: press Ctrl+K to search all Centauri products
Use voice search — click the mic or say a query
Step 3

Start managing your time

Open Centauri Productivity and set up your first workspace:

Create your first to-do list

Add tasks for today — homework, meetings, errands. Each task can have due dates, priorities, and subtasks.

Connect Google Calendar

Link your Google Calendar to see all events alongside your tasks. Two-way sync means changes in either place stay updated.

Try the Focus Timer

Use the built-in Pomodoro timer for deep-focus study sessions — 25 minutes on, 5 minutes off. It tracks your focus streaks automatically.

Set a goal

Create a weekly or semester goal (e.g., "Study 20 hours this week"). Productivity will track your progress and celebrate milestones with XP and confetti.

Start a new project for your study group, club, or class assignment. Use templates to get going fast.

Add members by email. They'll get SSO access instantly if they already have a Centauri account. Set roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) as needed.

Use the shared calendar

Schedule meetings, set deadlines, and attach meeting notes directly to calendar events. Integrates with Google Classroom assignments.

The analytics dashboard shows who's contributing, milestone progress, and team insights — so everyone stays accountable.
